Posted On: 04/15/2026 Never have I felt so welcome at a medical office! On the phone I asked to be on a cancellation list and they called me the same day and I was able to get in the following. From the front desk to Vanessa and Rico, I felt like one of the family. Dr Obermeyer had a very friendly and personable approach. Not only that but your office staff set up my appointment quickly and affectedely relieving me of the pain I was experiencing with my tooth.It has been almost 24 hrs since my treatment and my pain is completely gone. I wish the cost could be lower but I'm greatful for the quick and effective intervention that you provided me. I would not hesitate to recommend your dental practice to anyone needing your assistance. So thank you again for everything.

Posted On: 03/27/2026 I've had several visits to this office because I had an abscess under two crowns that required root canal work. Dr Lowe was so gentle and explained everything that was happening. The dental assistants were all very kind and kept me up to date on everything that was happening. I've had previous bad experience in dental offices and this was one of the most positive experiences I've had. I even was worked into their schedule on short notice to have a adjustment made after my root canal and the slight discomfort I was experiencing has been totally resolved. Great personality and I was blessed by her bedside manners. It's a very clean office including the rest room. Lastly, the staff are wonderful people and very respectful. If you're the nervous type like me sitting in a dentist chair with high anxiety, this doctor's gentle, calming spirit should help ease some. I love her speaking tone (calming). Posted On: 02/05/2026 You will pay 100% upfront!!! I asked if they took my insurance, to which they replied 'we take all insurance'. That is misleading - they will submit it to your insurance, BUT you will pay the FULL amount to Heartland up front!!! Afterwards, your insurance company will send you a check for a percentage of what they allow. Example: Heartland wanted $1400 for ONE root canal, my insurance allows $800 and only pays 40% of that to out of network. Meaning, I would pay $1400 to Heartland and get back $320 from Delta dental.
