Posted On: 01/06/2021 I would highly recommend Dr Obermayr and her staff. Their kindness and professionalism goes far beyond most offices. The calm reassuring demeaner of Ricco/dental assistant and Dr Obermayr made my experience a positive one. They even offered a blanket when I stated I wished I had my sweater. Posted On: 12/18/2020 I had a couple of dental issues and needed an endodondist. I am so glad my dentist recommended Dr. Obermayr (Heartland Endodontics) to me. The office took every precaution in this day of covid to keep both staff and patients safe, which was a huge plus to me. And the staff was professional and friendly! However, what impressed me most was the knowledge and care Dr. Obermayr gave me. Thank you, doctor, for taking the time and figuring out my dental issues. They are all so wonderful and nice they made me feel as comfortable as possible and even when I did freak out a little about the shots rico stood by my side and held my hand so I was 100% relaxed. Posted On: 10/15/2020 All of the staff and Dr. Obermayr are amazing. I have extreme anxiety and they all put me at ease. Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand and they are compassionate about their patients. I would highly recommend her. My RTC was unable to be performed due to some other issues but she and Rico explained it all to me as well as my options and referred me to where I will need treatment. Posted On: 09/26/2020 I have generalized anxiety disorder, so going to the dentist is not on the top of my list of things to do. But my tooth was in need of a root canal and I just couldn't ignore it anymore. Dr. Obermayr and her team did a great job during my consultation making me feel more relaxed as well as planned and prepared accordingly for my procedure day so I had minimal anxiety that day. Every person I met was kind and professional, from the front desk, to the provider, and all her assistants. I've heard so many horror stories of root canals, the pain being the most talked about. Posted On: 09/24/2020 What I thought would be a painful, unpleasant undertaking was the best Endodontic experiance I have had in my 54 yrs of life. I have had neumourous root cannals and crowns in my life. The equipment and technique. @ Heartland Endodontics is of the newest technology and State of the Art. The staff are very thorough. Posted On: 05/15/2020 More Happens than root canals. I was at Dr. O’s in the waiting room. Waiting. Not too thrilled to be there. A man with a bright Volunter Humane Society came in. We fell into a conversation, in which I commented My Maltese had died on Christmas. He quickened and said they had just brought one in at the Humane Society. After waiting about 2 weeks I had my Maltese and Dr. O the money!! Everyone is happy!!! Great atmosphere and an extreme cut above most healthcare in Highlands County. Posted On: 02/07/2020 End result of my visit was that I did not need a root canal...great news. From the entry to the exit of my time in this office I was treated with professionalism and courtesy. There was no rush to get me in and out, took their time and made sure that all was OK with my teeth. Posted On: 01/30/2020 Great experience from the time you walk in the door till the time you leave. Very professional and highly knowledgeable staff. Dr. Obermayr is the best! I would never have a root canal done any where else (hopefully I never need another one). For a small town we are privileged to have such a skilled endodontist with such state of the art equipment. Posted On: 11/08/2019 Can't say enough GREAT thing about this place and staff! I had a Great experience from the time I signed in to the time I left. I was very nervous about the procedure( root canal ) but it was thoroughly explained and my fears were calmed. I had no discomfort and it went smoothly. Dr.Obermayr and her staff, Elaine, Chastini, and Ricardo were excellent!! If you find yourself needing dental procedures, this is the place and the people to go to!! Posted On: 07/01/2019 I have a hugh dental phobia. We are in the process of moving to Sebring and I am in pain. The dentist referred me to the office to double check what was causing the problem. The pain is in my face, ear and neck. Dr.Obemayr and her staff are excellent, professional and knowledgeable in how to treat a very nervous patient. Every step of the way was explained. Doctor even offered to explain it to my husband. She offered plenty of time for questions. And went over options for the area. After the through exam I was confident in her diagnosis. She even gave me options to think about. Then told me when she could do it before her vacation. And treating it before my vacation. This was a work in appointment so I chose to think about my options.
Now I've read the low review. But if you read all of it. It ends at a money issue. Now I've been in the work force for over 40 years and I have never found a person who works for free. Also every person is different and dentistry is not a one size fits all. I could go to 10 dentist and all plan of care will be different. N “Nana” A website Logo Google Review
Posted On: 03/28/2019 I can’t believe the insensitivity of this office. I had a root canal done in this office, a few months later I came back and inform The Dr Obermyer I had issues with it. She told me it may be temporal arthritis and that the root canal was fine, only later to be in pain and the tooth is now infected and root canal needs to be redone. I have a $275 balance due on my root canal basically the office staff informed in order for them to see me about the root canal and take care of it I would need to pay my balance first. Well I guess the hundreds of $$$ I paid before was no guarantee that my root canal would of been done properly to began with. Instead of the staff asking me to come and see what’s going on with my tooth, with a procedure that was done in their office all they wanted to do was be rude and talk about my balance. I don’t normally write reviews but this has really hurt me with how this office has deal with me. I had no dental insurance and paid out of pocket. I completely forgot about my $275 balance this treatment was well over $1,000. Never the less my concern was about this root canal I saw another Dr, who informed me the root canal was not done well, it was not cleaned well and is now infected and I am on antibiotics and pains meds. From the time you are greeted when you walk in the front door to the very end you feel so comfortable. I would never go to anyone else for endodontic treatment. She is by far the best!
