Posted On: 11/26/2024 After my husband's cancer treatment we were referred to Dr. Kirsch for care. Tammy and the front office staff were more than knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Kirsch still possesses something these new age doctors don't, bed side manners. He was patient, inviting and made us feel welcome. Gave us relevant information about the nerves and areas affected by my husband's radiation, which he didn't have to do. It's the extra mile for me that goes a long way! Highly recommend. Posted On: 06/14/2024 Bravo! From the moment I walk into the door, the staff at Heartland Endodontics is always cheerful,smiling, and wonderful. Starting with Lisa,❤️ who immediately smiles and welcomes me so warmly She remembers my name before I sign in.
She runs things seemingly effortlessly, and I can joke with everyone there. Then there is darling Emily,❤️who does a few different jobs wonderfully, She is a smile machine and very professional and extremely respectful to the Dr.. Rico, who assists Dr. Obermeyer with top-notch precision and grace is a real sweetheart. I honestly feel like family there. Dr. Olberman is very congenial when she enters the treatment room, with a smile as big as Texas, and calls me by my name. Did I mention that her work is 100% painless, from beginning to end. She and Rico are constantly assuring me that things are going well. It's a huge comfort for me. I wish I could give this office 20 *s. Run, don't walk here if you need a root canal. Dr. Obermayer was just the person I needed to finally fix my tooth! Her staff is so thorough and supportive, and the Doctor was as precise and gentle as I have ever experienced! Both services treated me with kindness and friendliness and very professional on my level. (If you know what I am saying). Every effort was given by Dr. Petropoulos and her staff to save my tooth, and after consulting with my family dentist and Dr Kirsch, we all agreed it was better to pull out the tooth. (root problems). I am so thankful to have had this facility work with me and make my times spent there fun if you can believe it in a dentist office. I will highly recommend this facility to all.
