Posted On: 02/05/2026 You will pay 100% upfront!!! I asked if they took my insurance, to which they replied 'we take all insurance'. That is misleading - they will submit it to your insurance, BUT you will pay the FULL amount to Heartland up front!!! Afterwards, your insurance company will send you a check for a percentage of what they allow. Example: Heartland wanted $1400 for ONE root canal, my insurance allows $800 and only pays 40% of that to out of network. Meaning, I would pay $1400 to Heartland and get back $320 from Delta dental. Posted On: 12/31/2025 Had an accident and impacted an incisor. It was jammed and rotated into my gum, even protruding into my sinus cavity. I was able to walk in and be treated the morning of my accident. The care was quick, efficient, gentle and pain free - a surprise given the degree to which i impacted my tooth.
