Posted On: 05/05/2023 I am not a fan of going to dentist office, but this office made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Obermayr made my visit pain free. Everything was on time and well explained at my pre-appointment a week earlier and well explained during my root canal. Both of the Dental Assistants were outstanding and very helpful. He was very patient and made sure I was in no pain. Vanessa, his assistant, was also very informative and caring. There was, also, a follow-up call by Dr. Obermayr. C. A

Dr. Obermayr is efficient and kind; she took care of my teeth/procedures root canal needs without delay and I am glad she saved my teeth.
I recommend her highly for her great skills; and for explaining what’s being done.

Google Review Posted On: 03/23/2023 I had a root canal a few months ago and went to see Dr. Obermayer for the first time. WOW, I believe she is one of kind in her field. My Husband Greg needed one and went to her yesterday for his and he was amazed. He said he felt no pain and her touch is not aggressive in the least. She is very kind and professional as is all of her staff. They truly put you at ease. Her assistant, Vanessa was amazing as well. Thank you all for making our root canals not so scary. Posted On: 03/10/2023 I am a highly anxious dental patient, but my root canal procedure performed by Gayle Obermayr was exceptionally comfortable and easy. I hope I don't need to have further endodontic work done, but if I do, I will definitely return to this practice.

Posted On: 03/09/2023 No one chooses to have a root canal, but I thank Dr. Obermayr and her assistant for professional and compassionate treatment. Pain and discomfort was minimal. The result was excellent and did not take as long as I expected. All in all, I would say don't waste time nursing your dread, just get it done. Linda M. D

Posted On: 01/31/2023 As a small child, I had a terrible experience with our family Dentist. Words can't express how much I hate to have any dental work performed! When I was told that I had to have a root canal, my heart sank. My stomach was in knots the night before, and I couldn't sleep. I never thought that I would be typing this review, but I can honestly say that my root canal was a shockingly pleasant experience. Yes, you read it right, I said a 'pleasant experience''. Dr. Obermayr was compassionate and very thorough in my consultation explaining everything that she would be doing step by step. Her two goals were for me to understand everything so that I'd have no fears, and that I would be comfortable throughout the procedure. Both were accomplished, in fact, I almost fell asleep on two occasions! She was very generous with the numbing agent and I felt nothing. Dr. Obermayr has an unbelievable bedside manner that can calm anyone down who is nervous or scared about the procedure. I was also impressed with her interaction with her team and the way she talked to them . You could tell that she really valued and appreciated her staff members. I am grateful for the amazing 5 star service I received from Dr. Obermayr and her entire team. Like I said in the beginning, I never dreamed I'd ever be typing a positive review for any dentist! Like the old phrase goes...NEVER SAY NEVER! Cynthia L
Posted On: 01/27/2023 I can honestly say, as would anyone else, that I was not looking forward to my 2nd root canal, especially after my first experience with another endodontist. What an experience I had at Heartland Endodonics! Dr. Obermayr was wonderful. I can honestly say, that unlike my first root canal, I felt no pain. She was extremely gentle and made sure I was comfortable at all times . I can't say enough about the dental technicians either. Vanessa and Rico were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very courteous. Checkin and checkout staff were great as well. Over all I would give Dr. Obermayr and her staff a strong 6 out of 5 stars. Posted On: 01/12/2023 This office is a true gem in our community. It was truly a positive experience to visit. I had to have my first root canal which can be a shock in itself. Dr. Obermayr and her well trained staff made it pain-free by being attentive to my needs and communicating so well together in a calm professional manner throughout the procedure. Each and every member of her staff that I had the pleasure to talk to were very professional, kind and very helpful. Posted On: 12/26/2022 I was in pain and beginning to lose my smile over the years of poor dentistry in the military. I needed a root canal done and I was horrified to begin the process however Dr. Chen's office referred me to the best in the business to get my smile and confidence back. Dr. Obermayr's Office. The staff was accommodating and attentive and if they were running a little late they communicated that to me. That is the level of service that I come to expect in a setting that has you a little nervous to begin with but I must say that I fell asleep during the root canal because that is how comfortable I was and days later I am pain free and smiling. Yes, some discomfort after the treatment but well worth it once the pain subsidies. Remember working around the nerves is going to develop some discomfort after the treatment however after a day all but gone. Super satisfied and would recommend her to anyone needing this type of service. Kenneth

Dr. Kirsch is so incredibly efficient with time and resources.
This only comes with experience in the extreme. I felt nothing uncomfortable whatsoever even though it was an intensive procedure. I can honestly say that once begun there was not a 10 or even a 5 second span of time that was wasted. Excellent.
When you mention his name at top dental offices in the area eyes simply light up. No wonder.
As a plus, his character is equally as flawless. What a treasure and a professional treat. Money very well spent. Thank you Dr. Kirsch, and to all your well chosen staff as well. Gary K Google Review

After she had done my evaluation, and we had discussed everything, I asked to go ahead and schedule. I asked to have my procedure done as soon possible. Her staff learned of a cancellation for that same afternoon and set me up for that time slot. She did my tooth that same day. Excellent staff and excellent Doctor. My office wait time was very minimal also. I was seen at the appointment time both for my evaluation and my procedure. I very highly recommend her for any procedure you require. Frederick Dean C

I would recommend anyone needing a root canal, don't have to leave Sebring who is professional. She also works with regular dentist and works with them for your needs. Marie A

I have only had two root canals in my life, both of which were painful and unpleasant, during and after the procedures. To say that I was anything but happy when recently told that I needed another root canal would be untrue. I was referred to Dr. Gayle Obermayr at Heartland Endodontics.
My first appointment was for an assessment during which Dr. Obermayr examined me, took time to explain the procedure and ask my concerns I had. I was completely forthcoming, telling her that I was absolutely scared.
The next day I returned for the root canal. Dr. Obermayr and her team made me as comfortable as the situation would allow. She or a member of the team constantly checked with me to make sure I was comfortable. Throughout the procedure Dr. Obermayr explained exactly what she was doing. Long story short, I felt no pain during this root canal, and possibly more important I had no pain or discomfort the next day.
Dr. Obermayr and the Heartland Endodontics staff, without exception, were professional, attentive, and cordial. While I don’t look forward to a having another root canal, I no longer fear having it done as long as Heartland Endodontics does it. I am a very satisfied patient and without hesitation recommend Dr. Obermayr and Heartland Endodontics.
